Effective 1/31/22 Village Hall Hours are:
Monday - 8 AM - 3 PM
Tuesday - 8 AM - 3 PM
Wednesday - 8 AM - 3 PM
Thursday - 8 AM - 3 PM
Friday - CLOSED
Saturday & Sunday - CLOSED
Utility payments can be made at Village Hall during these hours, at Farmers State Bank, online (fees apply), mailed to Village Hall, or they can be left in the secure drop box outside Village Hall.

AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE RATES AND CHARGES FOR THE CONTRACT FROM LORCO FOR TRANSMITTING AND PROCESSING WASTER WATER FROM THE COMMUNITY OF CINNAMON LAKE, ASHLAND COUNTY, OHIO BY THE VILLAGE OF WEST SALEM, AND DECLARING THE SAME AN EMERGENCY.
