Welcome to the Village of West Salem

The Village of West Salem, Incorporated in 1865, is located in Wayne County, Ohio. The population was 1,430 at the 2020 census.

  

 Village Hall Hours:

Monday - 9am-3pm

Tuesday - 9am-3pm

Wednesday - 9am-3pm

Thursday - 9am-3pm

Friday - 9am-3pm

Saturday & Sunday - CLOSED

 

Utility payments can be made at Village Hall during these hours, at Farmers State Bank, online (fees apply), mailed to Village Hall, or they can be left in the secure drop box outside Village Hall.

 


 

Council meets on the 2nd Wednesday of every month at 6:00 PM.  The next council meeting will be on November 10th at Town Hall located at 27 S. Main Street. Please join us for important information on your community. We kindly ask that you follow the CDC recommendations for COVID 19. Hope to see you there!


 

 

~Trick or Treat will be on Sunday October 31st from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM with a costume judging contest at 8:00 PM at the School House Community Campus~
